What is the simplest way to move player camera in video game using Python?

  camera, mousemove, pyautogui, python, raw-input

I’ve created a program using pyautogui which seems to work fine except for the fact that not a single game registers the movement of the mouse while the mouse is controlling the player camera. I use the command pyautogui.moveRel(x, y), this only moves the mouse if it is physically visible. I suspect the mouse moves in the "background" without affecting the camera at all. Any ideas, maybe a specific module that moves the mouse in a more "raw-mouse-input" type of way?
