How to change and add on top of of existing figures?

  colors, matplotlib, numpy, python

I used an existing chromaticity diagram to plot some RGB values with the following code:

import numpy as np
from colour.plotting import *

RGB = np.array([[240, 222, 175], [237, 212, 147], [236, 210, 138], [235, 201, 114], [234, 208, 136]])

plot_RGB_chromaticities_in_chromaticity_diagram_CIE1931(
        RGB, colourspaces=['sRGB'],
    scatter_kwargs={'c': 'k', 'marker': '.'})

When i run this code, I will get the following figure:

enter image description here

I can see the different plots, but I can’t see what it represents. So I would like to add a label at every plot. I tried something with matplotlib but it did not work. Does anyone know how to do this?

Besides the question, is it also possible to change the title on an existing figure?

Thanks
