Failed to set up Stanford CoreNLP Server with Python

  java, named-entity-recognition, python

I’m trying to use the SNER python library (https://pypi.org/project/sner/) for NER tagging.
I was able to set up the server by running the following java command a few months ago:

java -cp ./lib;stanford-ner-3.9.2.jar edu.stanford.nlp.ie.NERServer -port 9199 -loadClassifier ./classifiers/english.muc.7class.distsim.crf.ser.gz -tokenizerFactory edu
.stanford.nlp.process.WhitespaceTokenizer -tokenizerOptions tokenizeNLs=false

But I’m no longer able to. My java version is:

java version "16" 2021-03-16
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 16+36-2231)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 16+36-2231, mixed mode, sharing)

Didn’t see the message saying it was connected.
Instead, the following window popped up. What went wrong? Thank you very much!
